I am nearing the conclusion of my initial health journey with F8 Well Centers. Dr Ben and Shonna have been amazing! They have both been so informative, supportive and patient with me over the last 5 months. I have learned so much from them and now have more energy, less brain fog and over all feel inspired to keep going on this journey living a healthier lifestyle for a healthier me! I am also checking into options to continue my health journey with F8 Well Centers after my current plan ends. I have come along way and can't wait to see more positive results in the future.

Dr Jake took the time to help me understand my results and Amy, my metabolic coach took a personal interest in my progress each week. I feel like I was able to learn a lot about my own health and how to maintain my blood sugar balance and decrease inflammation. Highly recommend!

I happened to find Dr Ben with F8 Wellcenters while scrolling through TikTok. Dr Ben was talking about finding the root cause of your health problems. After 2 1/2 years of my health deteriorating after 2 concussions I decided to reach out to him. I got a response very quickly and a member of his staff got in touch with me. I went through step 1 of completing my bloodwork and speaking with Dr. Ben. I was more of a train wreck than I thought. I knew my bloodwork was going to be bad but it was bad bad. What I was most impressed with Dr Ben was that he told me more of what was going on with my body after my concussions and my bloodwork than a major university who has been treating me for over 2 years. So with support from family I decided to go for it. I have been working with F8 Wellcenters staff for 6 weeks now and they are amazing. If you stick to the plan they provide you will see amazing results. In that short period of time they have helped me get my inflammation under control and I have lost 19 lbs. My journey with them will be long due to my health issues but we are starting off with amazing results. If you are struggling with your health and /or have an autoimmune disease like me I would recommend F8 Wellcenters one hundred times over.

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at F8. 6 months ago I was in debilitating pain every day and had come to terms with the fact that I might feel that way forever. Not only have they helped me alleviate my physical pain, but also greatly influenced my mental health, hormonal health, and day to day lifestyle. I owe it all the Dr. Jake and Kristen for being patient yet persistent with me along the way.

F8 Well Center has been truly amazing. After getting diagnosed with UC I knew I had to do everything I could to get healthier. Taking the right natural supplements that Dr. Jake recommend have made a positive impact on my health and I feel a lot better. Thank you to Shonna and Dr. Jake for everything they have done for me!
