Dr Jake took the time to help me understand my results and Amy, my metabolic coach took a personal interest in my progress each week. I feel like I was able to learn a lot about my own health and how to maintain my blood sugar balance and decrease inflammation. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but great things to say about the team at F8. 6 months ago I was in debilitating pain every day and had come to terms with the fact that I might feel that way forever. Not only have they helped me alleviate my physical pain, but also greatly influenced my mental health, hormonal health, and day to day lifestyle. I owe it all the Dr. Jake and Kristen for being patient yet persistent with me along the way.
The care and support we've received has been life changing for my family. I sought care for my pre-teen son who was told he had hypothyroidism and we resolved his situation in less than 6 months! Now he's healthier than he's ever been, and we're learning together as a family how to stay healthy. Amy and Dr. Ben have been there for us every step of the way and their patience and encouragement for us has been invaluable. I cannot recommend this team enough! Every person can benefit from their program and advice. Well worth the money!
F8 Well Center has been truly amazing. After getting diagnosed with UC I knew I had to do everything I could to get healthier. I am nearing the conclusion of my initial health journey with F8 Well Centers. Dr Ben and Shonna have been amazing! They have both been so informative, supportive and patient with me over the last 5 months. I have learned so much from them and now have more energy, less brain fog and over all feel inspired to keep going on this journey living a healthier lifestyle for a healthier me! I am also checking into options to continue my health journey with F8 Well Centers after my current plan ends. I have come along way and can't wait to see more positive results in the future.
